The apartment "Residence Palais 5" is facing the main entrance of the Palais des Festivals which makes this location a first choice rental for a company looking to house delegates attending one of the many conventions in Cannes.

Once you step into this property you will be overwhelmed by the superb views overlooking the famous red steps, the beach on the background and the harbour on the right with the historical Cannes overlooking this scenery.
